Technical Account Manager

XM Cyber is looking for a superstar Customer Success Engineer / Technical Account Manager.

XM Cyber provides the first fully automated APT Simulation Platform to continuously expose attack vectors, above and below the surface, from breach point to any organizational critical asset. This continuous loop of automated red teaming is completed by ongoing and prioritized actionable remediation of organizations’ security gaps. In effect, HaXM by XM Cyber operates as an automated purple team that fluidly combines red team and blue team processes. The position is located in Herzlyia.

Role & Responsibilities:

  •    Implement XM Cyber’s solution in customer networks
  •    Provide technical support to customers and partners
  •    Pre/Post-Sales project delivery
  •    Hands-on project management

Requirements:

  • +3 years in customer support or professional services
  • Proven experience in security company
  • Dealing with largest accounts
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Windows Server OS /Linux Servers
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Knowledge of Information and Data Security concepts
  • Knowledge of Network Architecture concepts
  • Experience with programming – An advantage
