About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to join our growing demand generation team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand for our product offerings. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to devise innovative campaigns that align with our overall marketing objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our brand presence on various social media platforms and drive significant impact through social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Manage all day-to-day activities across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and curate engaging, relevant, and on-brand content for social media channels, tailored to our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, best practices, and effective campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging social media trends, and new platform features to recommend innovative and competitive strategies.
  • Stay abreast of social media regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all content and campaigns adhere to legal and ethical standards.



  • Short form content king/queen
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, demonstrating successful social media campaign execution and management.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, social listening tools, and social media analytics.
  • Proficient in content creation and curation, with a keen eye for compelling visuals and engaging copy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
