Yael spent over 30 years with the Israeli Intelligence Community, most recently serving as an HR executive. She has vast experience in leading complex organizational changes, HR strategies; planning and development career growth, and managing recruitment processes of various roles. Yael holds an executive MBA, Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Tel-Aviv University and a B.A. in Special Education from Bar-Ilan University.
