Customer Success

The XM Cyber customer success program is designed to help customers get all the value possible out of the solution. Every customer is assigned a designated Customer Success Manager to aid in initial setup and training with an established communication channel for quick responses. We currently hold a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 63 so it’s no wonder why customers consider XM Cyber to be a very strong security partner.
