About The Position
XM Cyber is the leader in hybrid-cloud security posture management, using the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks.
We are looking for a highly skilled independent Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to join our Infra Group. In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the backbone of our R&D organization. You will take ownership of our internal systems and core services, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and provide an exceptional developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Feature Ownership: Design and implement complex features in our Back-Office, from database schema and backend APIs to polished, responsive frontend interfaces.
● Core Library Development: Build and maintain shared infrastructure. You will be creating the "bricks" that other developers use to build their services.
● Infrastructure as a Product: Treat our internal tools with the same care as customer-facing products, focusing on high-quality UI/UX and robust API documentation.
Requirements
The Must-Haves
● 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer in a production environment.
● 2.5+ years of experience with React (Must!) – Strong proficiency with Hooks, Context API, and functional patterns.
● 2+ years of experience with TypeScript – Deep understanding of strict typing and advanced TS features.
● Solid Backend Foundations: Proven experience with Node.js and NestJS.
● Experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL) and modern ORMs (like Prisma).
● Frontend Ecosystem: Proficiency in TanStack Query (React Query), and Ant Design (AntD) or similar UI kits.
● Hands-on experience with message Brokers such as Kafka.
● B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent high-level analytical skills.
● Experience with REST APIs and microservice architecture.
