Peers are verified reviewers of a technology product or service, who not only rate the offering, but also provide valuable feedback to consider before making a purchase decision.
XM Cyber recognized as a Strong Performer
Vendors in the “Voice of the Customer” document are categorized into four quadrants based on User Interest and Adoption (X-axis) and Overall Experience (Y-axis).
XM Cyber appears in the top-left section as a Strong Performer and the report also includes a snapshot of how customers rate XM Cyber across key parts of the experience. Our overall score is 4.7 out of 5. And 86% of reviewers say they would recommend XM Cyber. Deployment and support received a rating of 4.8. Product capabilities also received a rating of 4.7. We believe this valuable customer feedback points to a product that does what it promises and a platform that delivers, backed by a group that listens and responds.
