About The Position

XM Cyber is the leader in hybrid-cloud security posture management, using the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks.

We are looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support XM Cyber’s ongoing growth

This is a temporary position until the end of Nov 2025.

We are looking for a people person with a strong passion for recruitment and amazing interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage hiring processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing and , screening.
  • CVs, conducting phone/ in-person interviews, and analytics.
  •   Improve recruitment channels by using innovative sourcing techniques
  • Build a hiring strategy for each new opening, focusing on hiring to scale using diverse and Creative techniques to attract the best potential talent.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate the current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 4 + years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment within tech companies (startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  •  Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills
  • Willingness to take part in other HR Admin & Wellbeing projects
  •  Team player, People person, and strong can-do mentality
  •  Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  •  Proactive and independent with an ownership mindset.
  •  Proven experience in managing Comeet
  • Excellent English – Verbal and Written – a must
  • Bachlor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
