About The Position

XM Cyber is looking for a QA Automation Team Lead to join our team at this exciting stage of our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an automation team (3-5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.
- Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.
- Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.
- Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.
- API test automation
- E2E flows automation
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight schedule
- Reporting to Head of QA
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software\Automation Developer, with Experience in software programing (JavaScript/TypeScript )
- 2+ years of experience as an Automation Team Lead
- Experience in automation and manual testing
- Deep understanding in automation infrastructure
- Proven experience with PlayWrite
- Deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
- Knowledge of various testing tools
- Experience with Microservices and AWS architecture - Advantage
- IT background - big advantage
- Experience in testing cyber security products - advantage
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
