About The Position

XM Cyber is a global leader in hybrid cloud security. XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

XM is looking for a Senior Sales Ops to join our team. As part of the role, you will be a key strategic partner to the Global Sales team and lead advanced operational projects; support high-scale deals and accelerate the sales cycle; maintain data integrity; analyze sales metrics; lead and implement sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity; collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and MIS) to establish and optimize critical business processes; build and execute training programs to enhance field enablement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead CRM Excellence & Innovation

  • Spearhead the evolution of our CRM to maximize business impact
  • Design and implement innovative CRM solutions that drive efficiency & growth
  • Establish global standards ensuring selling excellence

Drive Sales Performance & Process Optimization

  • Orchestrate seamless sales pipeline management and forecasting
  • Champion automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve productivity
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance team performance
  • Maintain robust data integrity standards across all sales operations

Foster Cross-functional Success

  • Partner with sales management to identify and implement process improvements
  • Align sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue potential
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for regional sales directors and team members

Own Critical Sales Operations

  • Establish and monitor KPIs focused on timeliness, accuracy, and quality
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges

Requirements

  • Above 5 Years experience in Sales Operations roles– Must
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (above 3 Years)- Must
  • Strong business orientation and analytical skills- Must
  • Project management capabilities (A to Z)- Must
  • Leadership capabilities, excellent problem solving and organizational skills- Must
  • Service-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills- Must
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure- Must
  • Highly motivated, proactive, responsible and detail-oriented- Must
  • Excellent English- Must
  • High Excel skills- Must
  • Knowledge of Enterprise SaaS tools and CPQ tools- Advantage
  • Enterprise SaaS/B2B/Cyber Security Industry background- Advantage
