As a Backend Team lead at XM Cyber you'll play a major role developing a high scale multi-tenant product based on microservices and event-driven architecture, top notch frameworks and tools, running on kubernetes and in the cloud.Your role:

• Design, develop, and maintain our high scale, multi tenant backend
• Work closely with various teams across the organization to find the optimal solutions to the most complex challenges
• Plan projects and prioritize tasks in order deliver new features on time
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code according to best practices
• Mentor junior developers on how to build great systems and progress with their careers.

• 6+ years of experience in backend development
• 3 years of experience in team leadership
• 3+ years or more in Node.js, Java or other JVM based language - Must
• Deep knowledge of event driven and Microservices architectures
• Experience using Kafka/equivalent queue broker in high scale
• Experience with event driven architecture - Advantage
• Experience with Apache Flink - Advantage
• Experience in relational databases - Advantage
