As a Senior Social Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's social media strategy. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across various social platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building engaging brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives.
- Storytelling: Create compelling & creative, on-brand content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand communications.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize our social media efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of managing successful organic social media campaigns
- Native-level English speaker
- Short-form writer
- Social ghostwriting for executives in the company
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Technical orientation and mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Easily engage with company personnel at all levels to identify unique angles of brand storytelling
- Experience in multiple marketing areas such as: Podcasts, Influencers, Copywriting and Creative
