We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer to establish a new team inside our Infrastructure group. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a robust technical expertise and strong leadership skills.You must be:

• Independent, responsible and creative problem solver that can crack the most complicated problems on your own.
• Eager to learn new things and also proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives.
• Team player that communicates well with others.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• 1+ years experience in C#
• Experience with Kafka/equivalent queue broker
• Experienced with Kubernetes/Docker
• 1+ years or more in Node.JS - Advantage
• Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures - Advantage
