About The Position

XM Cyber is seeking a talented designer to join our expanding design team for a 6-month maternity leave replacement position. We are looking for a creative individual with strong visual communication skills, experience in creating exceptional product interactions, and a passion for innovation and attention to detail. As a UX/UI designer, you will:

  • Craft the user experience of our product from conception to launch.
  • Research competitors, design, and prototype new, elegant, and easy-to-use user experiences based on product requirements
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes from scratch all the way to fine-tuning UI design and developer handoff.
  • Take ownership of one of our products and work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to translate complex product requirements into an intuitive and usable user interface.
  • Collaborate with cyber researchers, customer success people, and internal stakeholders to translate cyber security case studies and attack paths into visual elements.
  • Create unique experiences and designs within our product while working closely with our design system and brand guidelines.
  • Be the design gatekeeper: Upkeep our product’s design, adhere to and expand the design system. Take control Initiate features that will improve our product.
  • Have fun, take chances, dare to fail, and try new things.

Requirements

This job is for you only if you have:

  • +3 years of proven experience in UX/UI in B2B companies
  • a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A strong ability to multi-task, efficiently manage time and prioritize
  • A strong portfolio showing UX/UI and visual communication abilities. - A must when applying
  • Fluency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
  • Typography skills and attention to detail
  • High level of English, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. – an advantage.
  • Experience with user research and analytics – an advantage.
