We're looking for a DevOps Team Lead.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of DevOps engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions using IAC tools. This role requires expertise in Terraform/Pulumi, AWS/GCP microservices architectures, and proficiency in Python for automation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, setting up CICD pipelines, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 DevOps engineers.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions using IAC tools on our cloud environments.
• Lead and develop automation scripts and tools in Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub actions/ArgoCD.
• Scalability and quality focus: Proven ability to architect and scale infrastructure to meet increasing demands. Independent and proactive approach to handling tasks, with a strong drive to lead the team to new heights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of overall experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 2 years of experience in team leadership.
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and AWS/GCP microservices architectures.
• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, and serverless cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Helm for package management.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
• Experience setting up and managing CICD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub actions, and ArgoCD.
• Experience leading DevOps teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring clear communication across teams.
